Module Reference Guide

The personal aspiration statement describes your passion, your legacy – how/what you want to be known for and how you ‘show up’ to yourself, in your relationships with others, and in the wider work/service context. The aspiration statements are positioned at the top of each of the pillars and represent the outcomes of your Personal Strategy.

Your purpose statement reflects your overall purpose, and the aspirations are specific to each pillar. You may find it helpful to do the work on aspirations first and use them as a basis to build up your purpose statement.

You are a human being, not a human doing. Aspiration statements reflect what you aspire to BE and BECOME, not what you aspire to DO.
